Students are required to have up-to-date immunizations before they attend class. Check with your pediatrician, family physician or medical clinic to ensure your child is fully immunized. Your child may be excluded from attending school if these requirements are not met.

Parents are required to submit the updated immunization record if new shots were received since the last enrollment cycle. This includes incoming 7th graders who are required to have the Tdap vaccination usually given on, or after their 11th birthday.
