Student ID varies from person to person and could be as short as 5 digits and the newer ones are 10 digits long. I apologize for the generalization of 9 digits in my previous message. Please use the student ID as it appears on your Jupiter account.
If the ID starts with a zero please skip the zero for the code.
Example, for Jupiter ID 012345, enter code BHA12345
