2019-20 BHA Parents’ Survey
JazakAllah to all the parents who have already filled out the survey. To encourage more families to participate, we are extending the deadline of the Parents survey to May 29th, 2020 inshaAllah.

2019-20 COVID 19 Financial Assistance Program
Reminder to those families who have had income interruption and financial setbacks as a result of the COVID19 pandemic, to please apply for this program. The deadline is fast approaching on Monday, May 18th. It is for the current school year and is open to students from all grades. Please keep in mind that the funds for financial assistance include zakat money.

2020-21 Financial Aid Program
Reminder to parents who need financial assistance for the upcoming school year 2020-21, to please apply for the Financial Aid Program. Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students do not qualify for this program. Please keep in mind that the funds for financial assistance include zakat money.

Ramadan 2020 Fundraiser
Reminder to donate towards, share and forward the Ramadan 2020 campaign. Funds collected during this campaign are utilized towards funding our Financial Aid Program. This fundraiser is Zakaat eligible and tax deductible. For the convenience of the community, we have created a fundraiser via Facebook as well, so please share as much as you can. There are alternative donation methods also listed on the website fundraiser.

We would also like to remind and request all the parents to kindly pay their tuition and any overdue balance. You may use any of the following methods to pay the tuition:
1. Bill Payment via Online Banking Account
• Add “Islamic School of San Diego” to your online banking account
• Use the following address for payment : 5663 Balboa Ave., P.O.Box # 407, San Diego, CA 92111
• Add “Student Name” and “Grade” in memo
• Can be done manually every month or set it up for automatic monthly scheduled payments
Note: If required an account number, put your last name in place of account number and it should generally be accepted
2. Automated Clearing House (ACH)/E-check payments
Download the ACH Debit Authorization Form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. In person Payment
You can stop by at our Clairemont Campus location and submit your payment to Br. Ismail at his office. His timings are 9 am – 2 pm Mon-Thu and 9 am – 12 pm on Friday.
