Assalamualaikum Dear Parents,

This is a friendly reminder to please sign up for the PTC’s if you haven’t done so already. If a teacher’s slots are all full then please contact the teacher.

Middle and High School:

-The Conferences are tomorrow, Thursday, Nov.12.
-The Sign Up Links will be locked tonight, and you will not be able to sign up after 10 PM.

Elementary School:

-The Conferences are on Friday, Nov.13th.
-The sign ups will be locked on Thursday night at 10 PM.

It is important and helpful for teachers to know who is coming and can prepare adequately to meet with you inshaAllah.

For those who are signed up, the zoom links will be sent by the teachers before the conferences.

To Join Conferences:
-Please use the teacher’s link to join zoom 5 minutes before your conference time. Wait in the waiting room, the teacher will let you in as soon as she/he is available. Please join zoom with your students name. If the teacher does not recognize your name, or you aren’t signed up, she/he will not accept you into zoom.

Staying in your time slot shows respect to the teacher and to fellow parents. Please try to be on time and stay within your time slot inshaAllah.

We appreciate you taking the time from your busy schedules to sign up and meet with the teachers. InshaAllah you will have a productive conference and together we can take the steps needed for our students to reach their full potential.
