As the last week of the academic year approaches, I would like to remind parents about the award/promotion week schedule. June 12th-16th are scheduled short days and the after school program, as well as the bus service, will not be offered so please plan accordingly.
If your child’s grade is not participating in an event that day, then class will dismiss at 12:15pm. If your child’s grade is participating in an event, then they are permitted to leave after the event. If your child is not leaving with you after an event, please coordinate with your child’s teacher so they can remain in their respective classrooms until dismissal at 12:15pm.
We hope this clarifies some of the questions you may have regarding the last week of school, especially for our new parents.
