Dear Parents and Students:
Assalamu Alaykum,
Hope everyone is doing well. By the grace of Allah SWT, we are coming to the end of this very unique and eventful year. We cannot help but look back at the year and be grateful to Allah SWT for blessing us with guidance and patience to get through these times successfully. There are many amongst us who have struggled at different levels, facilitating the coming forth of their strength and character, and all of this I believe, has given us further determination and resolve to give value to that which is everlasting. May Allah SWT bless us with further wisdom and insight to work through His plan with contentment and confidence. Ameen.
Alhamduliilah we are now in the last days of the school year, and as a follow up on the previous communication we wanted to share with you details about the upcoming events. Insha Allah the last day for Zoom sessions and academics will be Friday, June 5th. The schedule for the next week is as follows:
Monday, June 8th and Tuesday, June 9th – 10am – 2 pm:
Parents will drive through the school to pick up students’ certificates, trophies, medals, graduation gowns, etc. At the same time, parents will drop off textbooks and any other material which may need to be turned in. Parents with students at both campuses will need to visit both campuses. We will have tables and stations set up at each campus parking lot to make the collection and distribution smooth insha Allah. Parents will not need to leave their vehicles and please make sure you are wearing masks and gloves.
Wednesday, June 10th: Graduation/Promotion Parades for TK, KG, 5th and 8th grades. Each grade level will have a parade at designated time at the Allied Garden Campus followed by an online Zoom Ceremony on the Friday. Students and parents will remain in their vehicles during the parade and will have the optional opportunity to briefly step out and take a family picture at the photo graduation photo booth while maintaining appropriate distance with school personnel. Please make sure everyone attending the parade is wearing masks.

TK: 9:00 am – 11:00 am
KG: 11:30 – 1:30 pm
5th: 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
8th: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Thursday, June 11th: Awards Ceremonies for grades 1st – 4th, 6th, 7th, 9th and 10th.
9:00 am – 10:00 am – 1st Grade
10:00 am – 11:00 am – 2nd Grade
11:00 am – 12:00 pm – 3rd Grade
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – 4th Grade
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm – 6th Grade
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm – 7th Grade
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm – 9th and 10th Grades
Friday, June 12th: Promotion/Graduation Online Zoom Ceremonies
TK 10:00 am – 11:00 am
KG 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
5th Grade: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
8th Grade: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Friday, June 12th: All school end of year Juma Address for parents, students, staff, and volunteers by Br Diwan at 1:00 pm.
Note: The teachers will share further details about the graduation parades and the zoom ceremonies as needed and the school admin will share zoom info about the Awards Ceremonies and the Jumuaa Address.
