Dear Parents,
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah,
We hope that you and your children are well prepared now for home learning. InshaAllah, you have your learning space set up, and your child has completed any homework or pending assignments from this quarter. (Remember that Quarter 3 ends on March 20th, this Friday.)
Alhumdulillah the staff and teachers have been working hard over the weekend and today to make sure your home learning experience is beneficial, effective, and smooth.
Attendance:
Starting Tuesday, March 17th, parents will receive a link for a google form every day 8:30 AM. There will be one form per family for students at the AG campus, and another form per family for students at the CC campus. (If parents have students at both campuses, they should receive two attendance forms per day.) Parents must mark their students’ attendance and submit the form by 10 AM of each school day. This attendance will be entered on JupiterEd as the official school attendance. Please help this process by making sure that you are logging your child’s attendance and monitoring your child’s progress everyday.
Honor Code (grades 3rd – 10th):
Attached please find the BHA Student Honor Code. Please read this and explain it to your child. Then supervise your child signing the code and return it via email to the school at the email address: honorcode@issdweb.org.
Administrators and teachers will be available on school days between 8 and 2, so feel free to call the school or email if you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions. We are re-sending the BHA Home Learning Days Student Guidelines with this email for your convenience.
