Assalamu Alaikum AG Parents and Students,
Our 8th-grade students are leading a fundraiser to help the victims of the natural disasters in Libya and Morocco, and they’d love your support.
These students have been learning about gratitude in their Character and Leadership class. To show their gratitude, they will be selling baked goods tomorrow, Friday, September 22, and all the proceeds will be donated to Islamic Relief.
Additionally, our 8th-graders will be running the Friday morning assembly for middle school in the courtyard. They’ve put in a lot of effort to create a presentation about gratitude that we can all enjoy. Parents are welcome to join too insha’Allah.
Together, we can make this fundraising effort a success and spread kindness and hope to those in need.
