Assalamu alaikum, Dear Allied Gardens Bright Horizon Families.

Please read these few messages for this week.

Short Two Day Week

Students will be in school only Monday and Tuesday of next week. Insha’Allah, after those two days, everyone will have a restful break and be back on Monday, December 2.

New Student Applications

Monday, December 2, BHA will start accepting new student applications. Please see Ms. Claudia in the office for the forms.

Non-Uniform Day, Dec. 2 (Monday AFTER Break)

This coming Monday is regular uniform; however, the Monday after the break will be the first Monday in December. Students may wear non uniform clothing that follows our Islamic guidelines for modesty.

Spelling Bee-After Break

Preliminary Bees: Tuesday, December 3. Students will be given a written test of approximately 6 words. If they spell  half the words correctly, they may participate in the classroom bee.

Classroom Bees: Thursday, December 5. The oral contests will take place during the English class for each middle school grade. Students must be here and on time for their English class. No student can enter a bee once it has started. From each class, three winners (1st, 2nd, and 3rd or a combination with ties) will then be eligible for the school wide bee in January after winter break.
